Job summary

JAKSON Group in India is seeking a Civil Engineering professional with 5–8 years of Substation experience to supervise civil works, manage materials, and ensure safe, efficient site operations.

The role requires expertise in foundations, towers, panels, and equipment, with adherence to engineering specs and budget constraints. Candidates should be capable of coordinating across teams and ensuring timely project execution.

Qualifications

• Adherence to safety protocols and maintaining a secure working environment.
• Reconciliation of materials, tracking inventory usage and ensuring optimal resource allocation.
• Oversight of storage and handling to prevent damage and delays.
• Supervision of civil works including foundations and related structures with precision.
• Knowledge of equipment, towers and panels used on site.
• Evaluation and application of standard engineering techniques within budget and contract specs.

Job Requirements

• Supervises civil works of Tower foundation, Equipment foundation, Buildings, Transformers foundation, Fire wall, road, drain cable trench etc. Ensuring precision in alignment, stability, and compliance with engineering specifications.


• Knowledge of Equipment, towers, panels etc.


• Evaluates, selects, and applies standard engineering techniques and procedures to site activities, ensuring efficient execution within budget and contract specifications.

Work Experience

Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering with minimum 5-8 years of relevant work experience in Substation.
