The role requires a degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Civil engineering and 3–7 years in facilities management, with proven teamwork and initiative to drive improvements.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support the Site Facility Manager in managing the Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing installations & all Civil maintenance within the facility.
• Prepare critical spares list for all installations and plan inventory for in-house maintenance.
• Implement preventive maintenance programme to reduce risk of failures.
• Review maintenance practices of M&E contractors to ensure safe quality work.
• Maintain logbooks, checklists and PPM schedules for M&E installations.
• Manage downtime/breakdowns and arrange ad-hoc M&E setups as required.
• Generate service reports, inventory/purchasing of spares, and cost analyses.
