Join the team which provides dedicated content management support to the Digital team, delivering quality, timely page builds and updates to the corporate website, associated external platforms and the intranet. We are specifically looking for professionals with technical knowledge and experience in content management systems - preferably Adobe Experience Manager - and HTML.

Work you'll do

As a member of the Digital team, you will be responsible for:

• Managing and overseeing the deployment, maintenance, and development cycle of websites using Adobe Experience Manager
• Ensuring content is up-to-date, relevant, and optimized for user engagement and search engine optimization
• Implementing and modifying website layouts and interfaces and enhancing visual design using HTML and Adobe Photoshop
• Following established document workflow standards for publishing and processing content
• Using Adobe Analytics to track website performance metrics, generate reports, and support website strategy decisions
• Analyzing data trends to improve user engagement and site performance
• Providing a consultative approach to improve the user experience and user journey across digital platforms
• Collaborating with stakeholders, clients, internal teams, and the global online team to support website management and timely project delivery

The team

The Internal Client Services team at Hyderabad supports the Deloitte organization in the UK with a wide variety of capabilities like digital, research, financial reporting, HR and financial transaction processing, administrative service and helpdesk support, marketing and IT services.

Location: Hyderabad

Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM

Qualifications

Required:

• Graduate or postgraduate degree; marketing specialization preferred
• 1-3 years of experience in content management, digital marketing tools, data analysis, and reporting
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager, SharePoint or O365, InfoPath, and workflows
• Ability to work across cultures and in a virtual environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft PowerPoint; basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Client management and relationship-building skills
• Written and oral communication skills
• Teaming skills and ability to work under pressure

Preferred:
