Job summary

Novo Nordisk India Pvt Ltd in Mumbai is seeking an Associate Manager Warehouse to oversee invoicing, despatch, and quality assurance of Novo Nordisk products. You will bridge warehouse operations with logistics and quality teams to ensure precise, compliant movement of medicines from storage to patients.

You will collaborate across functions, manage repacking and product release processes, and contribute to continuous improvement in the supply chain while upholding Novo Nordisk’s standards of

Qualifications

  • A Diploma in Pharmacy and/or Bachelor of Science
  • A minimum of three years' relevant experience in a manufacturing pharmaceutical company
  • A customer-centric mindset with strong personal leadership and the ability to make things happen
  • The drive to innovate in a changing environment, combined with commitment to the job and the ability to convince stakeholders
  • High performance orientation with attention to detail and compliance awareness

Responsibilities

  • Coordinating with the warehouse and Head Office for invoicing and despatch of Novo Nordisk products as per instructions from NN Bangalore, ensuring efficiency and timeliness at every step
  • Receiving Novo Nordisk products, downloading data loggers and reporting to the Logistics and Quality teams for product release – escalating any errors to responsible persons at HO Bangalore and quarantining goods until investigations and corrective actions are completed
  • Managing repacking of Novo Nordisk products as per requirements and reporting to Quality for release, following the quality assurance programme to ensure no errors occur
  • Approving or rejecting final repacked or price-affixed products processed, packed and labelled in coordination with NNIPL
  • Arranging the checking and destruction of expired and damaged stock as per procedure
  • Coordinating with the warehouse to send monthly stock reports and daily despatch and purchase details

Your new role

As Associate Manager Warehouse, you will play a critical role in the invoicing, despatch and quality assurance of Novo Nordisk products. Working at the intersection of warehouse operations, logistics and quality, you will ensure our products move efficiently from storage to patients – with full compliance and zero compromise on standards.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include
