Job summary

S&P Global Market Intelligence is seeking a Client Support professional to join a rapidly growing global team. You will assist investment professionals on Visible Alpha and Capital IQ Pro platforms, becoming a domain expert and providing clear, professional communication to internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Understanding of Global Financial Markets and company's financial statements.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or Accounting is beneficial.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills with the ability to communicate successfully across multiple audiences.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills - you are passionate about problem solving and can think critically, multi-task, and succeed in high-pressure environments.

Responsibilities

• Become a domain, product, and workflow expert - allowing you to manage issues around data and application logic that require deep investigation.
• Communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external stakeholders to promptly resolve questions and issues across all Visible Alpha products.
• Escalate product, technical, and data issues to relevant departments with sufficient information in a timely manner.
• Create and maintain articles for our internal knowledge base.
• Provide ongoing feedback to Product and Development teams to help build scalable solutions for clients.

The Visible Alpha Client Support team is a rapidly growing global team that provides support to investment professionals on the Visible Alpha and Capital IQ Pro Platforms. Team members gain in-depth industry knowledge, read research reports and models, and develop technical skills. In addition, they work with different teams within the organization across various functional areas such as Revenue, Product Management, Technology, and Content. We are looking for high achievers that are passionate about client services and want to develop their career in a dynamic, high performing, and multicultural team, and demonstrate exceptional learning agility, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
