Job summary

Genpact in India is seeking an Associate - Underwriting to support data entry, document verification, and system updates in a fast-moving, innovation-driven environment. The role requires a Bachelor's in Actuarial Science, Economics, Finance, Risk Management and Insurance, or a Masters in Statistics, and English proficiency at Upper Intermediate (B2).

This is a Regular, Hybrid position with an Evening shift (India).

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degrees in actuarial science, economics, finance, risk management and insurance, or a master's in statistics.
• Actuarial and risk-management related certifications strongly considered for this role.

• Perform basic underwriting support tasks such as data entry, document verification and system updates.
• Assist senior team members with credit file preparation and audit readiness.
• Ensure accuracy and adherence to process standards.
