Qualifications

• 0–12 months of professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Support the technical delivery of standard configurations, custom development, integrations, and data migration components.
• Develop and contribute to complex technical solutions using platform products, APIs, programming languages, and front-end technologies.
• Work with source code, version control, and deployment standards.
• Analyze requirements and debug solutions to resolve defects efficiently.
• Collaborate with consultants, engineers, product teams, and stakeholders to deliver customer solutions.
• Liaise with product teams to address technical challenges and support implementations.
• Contribute to integration and ETL activities, connecting data and systems.
• Collaborate with global delivery teams across geographies and adjust hours as needed.

This is an early-career technology opportunity for a talented programmer looking to build expertise in enterprise cloud solutions and customer-focused technical delivery. You will contribute to the development of complex solutions, working with configuration, custom development, integrations, APIs, and data migration. The role offers hands-on exposure to modern technologies including JavaScript, Lightning Web Components, Apex, and integration tools. You will collaborate with technical teams and product specialists to solve challenging implementation and debugging issues. Working across global teams, you will gain experience delivering solutions for customers across different geographies. Accountabilities:

• Support the technical delivery of standard configurations, custom development, integrations, and data migration components within enterprise platform implementations.
• Develop and contribute to complex technical solutions using relevant platform products, APIs, programming languages, and front-end technologies.
• Work with source code, version control systems, and established code deployment and development standards.
• Analyze project requirements and technical issues, deep-dive into problems, and debug solutions to identify and resolve defects efficiently.
• Collaborate with technical consultants, engineers, product teams, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality customer solutions.
• Liaise with product teams when required to investigate technical challenges and support successful customer implementations.
• Contribute to integration and ETL activities, ensuring data and systems are connected effectively.
• Work collaboratively with global delivery teams across different geographies and adapt working hours when business needs require flexibility.
• Continuously develop technical knowledge and consulting capabilities through hands-on project experience, mentorship, and collaboration with experienced professionals.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or an equivalent technical discipline, with graduation expected in 2026.
• Minimum 7.0 CGPA and no academic backlogs.
• 0–12 months of professional experience, making this role particularly suited to recent graduates and early-career candidates.
• Strong analytical, logical reasoning, problem-solving, and debugging abilities.
• Strong JavaScript and front-end development skills.
• Good knowledge of Java, C++, or Node.js, together with a solid understanding of object-oriented programming concepts.
• Basic understanding of relational database management systems (RDBMS).
• Basic knowledge of networking concepts, including TCP/IP and HTTPS.
• Understanding of the Model-View-Controller (MVC) architecture.
• Interest in software development, cloud technologies, enterprise applications, and customer-focused technical problem solving.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with global and cross-functional teams.
