Job summary

Bunge in Mohali, India, seeks a Senior Tax & Transfer Pricing Specialist to lead complex direct tax activities and compliance with intercompany pricing. You will guide tax provisions, audits, and process improvements while collaborating with external advisors and authorities.

The role requires strong numerical accuracy, SAP S/4HANA experience, and excellent communication. You will drive standardization and knowledge sharing within the tax team to support corporate objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience with direct tax and transfer pricing regulations.
• Basic knowledge of accounting and financial processes.
• Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
• Experience with SAP (preferably S/4HANA) and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.

• Lead and review complex direct tax activities, including tax provisions, ETR forecasting, CIT filings, withholding tax processes, and year-end trueups.
• Provide technical guidance on direct tax and transfer pricing matters, including intercompany pricing, functional analyses, and interpretation of tax regulations.
• Act as a primary liaison for tax authorities and external advisors during audits, reviews, and complex filings.
• Oversee and challenge tax and transfer pricing reconciliations, identifying risks, control gaps, and improvement opportunities.
• Drive tax process initiatives, including standardization and knowledge development within the tax team.
