Job summary

PradeepIT Consulting Services Pvt Ltd is seeking an Associate Staff Engineer (Salesforce CPQ) to drive advanced CPQ capabilities. The role requires hands-on experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning and Force.com, plus strong integration with ERP or legacy systems.

You will collaborate with business analysts, developers and stakeholders to implement, integrate, and maintain the Salesforce CRM solution, document architecture, and guide delivery with best engineering practices.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with Salesforce CPQ (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, Force.com).
• Experience integrating Salesforce with ERP and legacy systems.
• Ability to collaborate with business analysts, developers and stakeholders to implement and integrate Salesforce.
• Lead efforts to document technical requirements, architecture and deployment/integration designs.
• Knowledge of software engineering best practices for agile development (coding standards, code reviews, SCM, build, test, deployment).
• Strong understanding of design patterns.
• Experience communicating with users, other technical teams and management to gather requirements and explain designs.
• Experience mentoring team members to meet client needs and ensure high-quality delivery.
• Ability to map technology integration scenarios and troubleshoot complex issues.
• CPQ Certification is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Write and review high-quality code.
• Understand functional requirements and client needs for the project.
• Envision overall solution for functional and non-functional requirements and define technologies and frameworks.
• Determine and implement design methodologies and toolsets.
• Coordinate requirements, schedules and activities to enable application development.
• Lead or support UAT and production rollouts.
• Create and validate WBS and effort estimates for modules/tasks.
• Address issues promptly and foster continuous improvement.
• Provide constructive feedback and set clear expectations for the team.
• Propose and justify design/tech choices during code/design reviews.
• Carry out POCs to validate suggested designs/technologies.

Experience: 4-7 years

REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong experience in Salesforce CPQ with Apex, Visual Force, Lightning, and Force.com
• Good experience in integrating Salesforce with other systems (ERP, Legacy Systems, etc.)
• In this role, he/she is responsible for working with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to implement, integrate and maintain the Salesforce.com CRM solution.
• He/she will lead the effort to document technical requirements, architecture, and design of deployment and integration of the Salesforce.com solution
• Knowledge of high-quality professional software engineering practices for agile software development cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and deployment.
• Fundamental knowledge of design patterns
• Experience in communicating effectively with users, other technical teams, and management to collect requirements, describe software product features, and technical designs.
• Mentoring the team members to meet the client's needs and holding them accountable for high standards of delivery.
• Being able to understand and relate technology integration scenarios and be able to apply these learnings in complex troubleshooting scenarios.
• Mandatory to have CPQ Certification

Responsibilities:

• Writing and reviewing great quality code
• Understanding functional requirements thoroughly and analysing the clients needs in the context of the project
• Envisioning the overall solution for defined functional and non-functional requirements, and being able to define technologies, patterns, and frameworks to realize it.
• Determining and implementing design methodologies and tool sets
• Enabling application development by coordinating requirements, schedules, and activities.
• Being able to lead/support UAT and production roll outs.
• Creating, understanding, and validating WBS and estimated effort for given module/task, and being able to justify it.
• Addressing issues promptly, responding positively to setbacks and challenges with a mindset of continuous improvement
• Giving constructive feedback to the team members and setting clear expectations.
• Helping the team in troubleshooting and resolving of complex bugs
• Coming up with solutions to any issue that is raised during code/design review and being able to justify the decision taken.
• Carrying out POCs to make sure that suggested design/technologies meet the requirements.
