Job summary

Nagarro, a Digital Product Engineering company, is hiring in Gurugram for experienced DevOps/Software Engineers to advance CI/CD transformations. You'll migrate pipelines from GitLab CI to GitHub Actions, build reusable workflows, and manage AWS cloud infrastructure using AWS CDK with Python.

You will work with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to deliver milestones, review code, and ensure robust deployment, automation, and quality standards across projects in a dynamic, fast-growing

Qualifications

• Experience migrating CI/CD pipelines from GitLab CI to GitHub Actions.
• Proficient in designing and maintaining reusable GitHub Actions workflows.
• Experience with AWS cloud infrastructure and services for deployment and infra management.

Responsibilities

• Write and review high-quality code and automate deployment tasks.
• Understand client requirements and design end-to-end solutions.
• Lead UAT and production rollouts and coordinate schedules.
• Create and validate WBS and effort estimates for modules.
• Collaborate with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to meet milestones.
• Troubleshoot complex bugs and participate in code/design reviews.

REQUIREMENT:

• We are hiring experience supported migration of enterprise CI/CD pipelines from GitLab CI to GitHub Actions.
• Developed and maintained reusable GitHub Actions workflows under the guidance of senior engineers.
• Implemented and managed GitHub Actions features including:
• workflow call
• Matrix Strategies
• Self-hosted Runners
• Developed and maintained AWS cloud infrastructure using AWS CDK with Python.
• Worked extensively with AWS services for application deployment and infrastructure management.
• Developed Python-based APIs and integrations to support business and engineering requirements.
• Assisted in API modernization, rewrites, and integration activities across systems.
• Investigated and resolved deployment, pipeline, infrastructure, and automation issues.
• Wrote clean, maintainable, and testable code following development standards.
• Participated actively in code reviews and technical discussions.
• Ensured compliance with established engineering standards, coding practices, and operational Guidelines.
• Collaborated closely with senior engineers, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver project milestones and business objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Writing and reviewing great quality code
• Understanding functional requirements thoroughly and analysing the clients needs in the context of the project
• Envisioning the overall solution for defined functional and non-functional requirements, and being able to define technologies, patterns and frameworks to realize it
• Determining and implementing design methodologies and tool sets
• Enabling application development by coordinating requirements, schedules, and activities.
• Being able to lead/support UAT and production roll outs
• Creating, understanding and validating WBS and estimated effort for given module/task, and being able to justify it
• Addressing issues promptly, responding positively to setbacks and challenges with a mindset of continuous improvement
• Giving constructive feedback to the team members and setting clear expectations.
• Helping the team in troubleshooting and resolving of complex bugs
• Coming up with solutions to any issue that is raised during code/design review and being able to justify the decision taken
• Carrying out POCs to make sure that suggested design/technologies meet the requirements
