Job summary

KC Overseas Education is seeking an Associate/Senior Associate - Quality to ensure compliance, accuracy, and timely progress in course applications through CourseFinder.ai. The role focuses on systematic monitoring, audits, and quality governance in partner coordination.

You will audit applications, verify statuses, and escalate issues as needed, while generating daily and weekly reports to maintain audit readiness.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in Application Processing, Quality, or Audit roles.
• Graduate in any stream except Arts.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and escalation handling.
• Process-oriented mindset with quality governance focus.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and timeliness.
• Familiarity with partner coordination processes will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Audit applications 100% of Pending from Partner (≥30 days) and a sample pool ~40% from Case Closed and Enquiries to ensure adherence to processes and policies.
• Verify that statuses are updated correctly, follow-ups on time, and remarks are recorded accurately in CourseFinder.ai.
• Monitor daily follow-up reports, audit scheduled actions, and flag overdue follow-ups to processors.
• Escalate cases with no partner response after two follow-ups to BU Head with proper documentation and track until closure.
• Ensure timely closure of applications (≥60 days) unless justified, update statuses to Ready for Submission, and notify BU Head for exceptions.
• Prepare daily compliance reports, weekly quality audit reports, and maintain clear documentation for audit readiness.
• Identify recurring issues, share insights with TLs for process improvements, and support training by highlighting common errors and best practices.
• Submit daily work reports, respond promptly to emails/calls, and handle additional tasks assigned by management.

Key Responsibilities

• Escalation Oversight – Escalate cases with no partner response after two follow-ups to BU Head with proper documentation and track until closure.
