Responsibilities include:

1. Participate in creating and delivering customer presentations (Pitches, QBRs, etc.) and lead client-facing demos of the Opportunity Explorer.
2. Develop multichannel marketing playbooks with detailed capabilities, targeting, media tactics, measurement, and guidance to support account growth and new business development.
3. Understand client business problems and act as a trusted strategic advisor by leveraging Zeta's marketing services, consulting expertise, data, and technology to solve core challenges.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Account Management, Analytics, Traders, Pricing, Email, Legal, Creative, Addressability, Data Cloud, Supply, and external vendors to manage engagement and escalations.
5. Manage and coordinate the timely delivery of client proposals aligned with campaign goals.
6. Utilize a proposal library to draw insights from previous campaigns.
7. Serve as a product and technology expert for sales teams and clients.
8. Guide sales and clients in designing successful campaigns across digital media, social networks, email, video, and mobile based on objectives.
9. Participate in face-to-face client meetings and presentations as needed.
10. Provide market feedback to the organization.
11. Recommend site lists and audience segments using internal and external data sources based on campaign needs.
12. Support the development of new proposal materials for sales training and client presentations.
13. Maintain and improve proposal quality, business standards, processes, and systems.
14. Apply experience across advertising categories and knowledge of data and inventory suitability for advertisers.
15. Understand online ad metrics, industry trends, technologies, and pricing models (CPM, CPC, CPA).
16. Utilize skills in Excel, PowerPoint, SQL, Tableau, and CRM software like Salesforce.
17. Support global sales teams and respond to RFIs and RFPs.
