Job summary

Zeta Global seeks an Analyst for Deal Desk & Contract Analytics to ensure accurate cost assignment, margin transparency, and revenue recognition support across client contracts. The role consolidates entitlements and reconciles them against usage across multiple enterprise systems.

The ideal candidate will handle data reconciliation, root cause analysis, and dashboarding, collaborating with CS Ops, BI and Data Engineering to prevent revenue leakage and overages.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Business Analytics, Financial Systems, Revenue Analytics, or related field.
• Experience with contract-based or usage-based pricing models.
• Familiarity with revenue recognition concepts, contract structures, and margin reporting.
• Advanced SQL skills (Snowflake preferred).
• Experience with Salesforce and enterprise data systems.
• Expertise in dashboarding tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or equivalent).
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities
