Primary Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using React, Core Java and Spring Boot
• Build and optimize Spring Batch jobs for large scale data processing
• Develop and maintain microservices with efficient communication patterns (REST APIs, messaging, etc.)
• Work closely with cross functional teams (DevOps, QA, Product) to deliver high quality solutions
• Implement secure, scalable, and high performing backend components
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions
• Write clean, reusable, and well documented code
• Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and technical planning
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications

• Graduate degree or equivalent experience.
• Primary Skills : Java, React, UI automation testing, Spring boot , Kafka,Rules and data analysis
• DB skills : MongoDB, MySQL
• AI skills: AI builder with understanding of AI integation to backend services and POC experience with real time world examples
• Build Tools: Git Actions, AWS cloud developer experience
• Cloud Technologies : AWS , understanding of API gateway
• Knowledge of Git, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
