Job summary

ReliaQuest, LLC in Pune is seeking a Software Engineer to contribute to building secure, scalable software solutions. You will work on Java‑based services, microservices architecture, and REST APIs, partnering with global teams to advance the GreyMatter platform.

The role emphasizes hands-on development, testing, CI/CD, and ongoing learning in a fast‑growing cybersecurity company. You will collaborate to deliver high‑quality software and drive automation across the stack.

Qualifications

• 0–1 years of software development experience in Java and Spring Boot.
• Experience with microservices architecture.
• Experience with one or more of Elasticsearch, Kafka, Apache Spark, Logstash, Hadoop/Hive, TensorFlow, Kibana, Angular, React.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Solid understanding of unit testing and CI/CD practices.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Higher education or relevant certifications.

Responsibilities

• Research and develop creative solutions across a wide range of cutting‑edge technologies to evolve our platform, GreyMatter.
• Create REST APIs and integrations between products to improve automation and threat detection.
• Manage CI/CD processes for complex technologies and perform code reviews.
• Automate and improve all stages of the software development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure users leverage the product effectively.

The everyday hustle

Research and develop creative solutions across a wide range of cutting‑edge technologies to continuously evolve our platform, GreyMatter. Create REST APIs and integrations between various products to improve and automate our customers’ threat detection. Manage the continuous integration and deployment processes of complex technologies. Perform code reviews to ensure consistent improvement. Proactively automate and improve all stages of the software development lifecycle. Interface closely with various parts of the business, both internally and externally, to ensure all users are leveraging the product with ease and to its full potential. Provide support to other team members as well as cultivate a culture of constant collaboration.

Do you have what it takes?

0-1 Years of Software Development experience in Java, Spring Boot and developing in a microservices architecture. Hands on experience with one or more of the following technologies: Elasticsearch, Kafka, Apache Spark, Logstash, Hadoop/hive, Tensorflow, Kibana, Athena/Presto/BigTable, Angular, React. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure. Solid understanding of unit testing, continuous integration and deployment practices. Experience with Agile Methodology. Higher education or relevant certifications.
