We are looking for an experienced and technically strong Lead MEAN / MERN Stack Developer to join our growing engineering team.

As a Lead MEAN / MERN Stack Developer, you will be responsible for leading the development of scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications. You will work closely with Project Managers, Business Analysts, UI/UX Designers, QA Engineers, DevOps teams, and other stakeholders to understand requirements, define technical solutions, and ensure successful project delivery.

The role requires someone who can balance hands‑on development with technical leadership, take ownership of complex deliverables, conduct effective code reviews, mentor team members, and make sound technical decisions.

• Identify technical risks, troubleshoot complex issues, and provide effective and scalable solutions.
• Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Business Analysts, UI/UX Designers, QA Engineers, DevOps Engineers, and clients to ensure successful project delivery.
• Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
• Provide technical estimates and contribute to project planning, sprint planning, and task prioritization.
• Take complete ownership and accountability for technical deliverables across all phases of the development lifecycle.

• Strong hands‑on expertise in Node.js.
• Strong experience with React.js and/or Angular.
• Strong knowledge of MongoDB and/or MySQL.
• Strong experience in RESTful APIs, WebSockets, API integrations, and backend development.
• In‑depth knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, and modern frontend development.
• Strong understanding of application architecture and design patterns.
• Experience in developing scalable and high-performance applications.
