Job summary

KSB, Inc. Pune is seeking a SAP Business One technical consultant to join a global IT team. You will work with SAP B1 projects and deployments, focusing on technical delivery, data integration, and performance optimization to meet SLA expectations.

The role requires resolving complex issues, coordinating with external partners, and rolling out new features for users across regions, including travel as required.

Work Experience

Minimum 0 to 3 years experience in SAP Business One (Projects and support) in the technical areas.

Major Responsibilities

• Work with a team of SAP Business One Technical Consultants operating from KSB Tech Pune.
• Be a part of and work closely with KSB SE KGaA IT, Global Process Owners for SAP Business One.
• Support in the areas of taking care of Assyst tickets of Global Support and resolving them as per agreed SLAs.
• Resolve technical issues effectively and efficiently.
• Understand requirements from them and resolve or provide solutions by executing the functional design prepared by Functional Team for Process Owners.
• Execute project plans for SAP Business rollouts as part of KSB SE KGaA IT strategy.
• Contribute to execution for Global Projects for worldwide rollout mainly from the technical side.
• Coordinate and manage external partner to follow up on project and assigned work.
• Continuously interact with business users to implement new functionalities in SAP Business One to provide business benefits.
• Continuously come up with new ideas related to new technologies and tools to improve the working of SAP Business One from technical side.

Skill Set and Experience Required

• Good technical skills and analytical skills.
• Understand functional requirements and translate into technical scope.
• Configuration of SAP Business One.
• Good understanding of integration between various modules in SAP Business One.
• Knowledge of support processes after go-live.
• Continuous improvements.
• Good knowledge of MS SQL DB, HANA DB and SQL queries, HANA queries, crystal reporting tool.
• Creation and supporting of Add-On with C# .Net, B1UP.
• Knowledge of B1if, service layer, HANA reporting.
• Python (will be added advantage).
