Barry-Wehmiller GCC in India seeks an experienced Electrical Engineer to lead electrical design, BOM release, production support, and testing for industrial machinery across printing, packaging and converting sectors.
You will guide junior engineers, develop CAD drawings in AutoCAD Electrical and Zuken E3, and ensure compliance with UL508A, NFPA70E, IEC/NEMA standards. 15+ years of relevant experience and travel up to 15% are expected.

Experienced Electrical Engineer adept at Electrical Design, BOM release, Production and Testing Support for Industrial Machineries and Equipment such as Printing, Packaging, Converting, Textile and Paper machinery and discrete product machinery. Leads complex electrical engineering design projects from scoping through verification, including novel design challenges and cross‑discipline requirements. Develops electrical design, drawings and Bill of Materials based on customer requirements and participates in concept design, production support, testing, safety standards, field installation, commissioning, and new product development. Defines project scope, prepares design specifications, and manages engineering deliverables to schedule and budget; coordinates with mechanical and controls teams to resolve integration challenges. Guides and develops junior and lead engineers, and represents the GCC in design reviews and technical discussions with BW division engineering teams.
May need to travel up to 15% each year based on requirements.
