Job summary

Singularity AMC seeks an Associate/Senior Associate in Fund Operations to support capital deployment and fund accounting processes. The role requires solid experience in PE fund structures, capital accounting, and waterfall mechanics.

You will work with a focused team on high-potential growth assets and collaborate with senior leadership to ensure accurate reporting and timely close deadlines. This position offers growth and exposure to top-tier investors in India.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field; CA, CPA, or MBA preferred.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in fund operations, private equity, fund administration, or asset management.
• Strong understanding of PE fund structures, capital accounts, and waterfall mechanics.
• Excel proficiency; familiarity with fund accounting software (Investran, eFront, Allvue) is a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
