Time Hack Consulting is seeking an Associate/Senior Associate specializing in Data Privacy and Fintech/NBFC contracts to lead the corporate legal backbone in Bengaluru, building strategy for data governance and contractual frameworks across a diverse financial services group.

Requirements include 4–8 years of PQE with NBFCs, Fintech, tech law and data privacy exposure. LL.B or LL.M from a reputed university; data privacy certification (e.g., CIPP/E) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate high-stakes agreements including Co-lending, SaaS, Vendor Service, Tripartite LSP, Product Partnership, NDAs, and MOUs.
• Design and implement a group-wide data privacy framework with DPDP Act compliance.
• Manage legal complexities of shared data between NBFC, LSP, and Corporate Agency businesses.
• Partner with Tech and Product teams to review UI/UX flows ensuring consent architectures meet legal standards.
• Drive automation across the corporate legal function for compliance, CLM cycles, and risk assessment.

• Draft, review, and negotiate high-stakes agreements including Co-lending agreements, SaaS contracts, Vendor Service Agreements, Tripartite LSP contracts, Product Partnership agreements, NDAs, and MOUs.
