Job summary

NTT DATA, Inc. is seeking an Account Operations Associate in Gurugram to strengthen O2C workflows and drive accuracy in financial processes.

You will collaborate with Finance, Revenue, and cross-functional teams to support month-, quarter-, and year-end closings, while driving process improvements and providing analytical insights. Qualifications

• Experience in Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes with strong analytical mindset.
• Coordinate with Finance, Revenue, Resource Management, and cross-functional teams to execute operations.
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities with accuracy and timeliness.
• Drive process improvements and provide analytical insights to optimize operations.
• Experience with Contracts, Invoicing, Accounts Receivable, Order Management, or Master Data Management is a plus.
• Conduct UAT testing and obtain business sign-offs from stakeholders.
• Ensure SLA adherence and timely issue resolution across processes.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Outlook, and MS Office applications.
• Experience with SAP and Salesforce is preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Self-driven, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Operations/Back-office support experience preferred in a fast-paced, process-driven environment.
