Genpact is seeking a Specialist - S&P - Procurement Ops in hybrid mode in Bengaluru. The role coordinates end-to-end procurement activities including sourcing, vendor management, and contract negotiation.

It emphasizes data-driven cost savings, policy development, and continuous improvement while aligning with organizational goals. Ideal candidates will have degrees in business or supply chain, multiple related certifications, and strong SAP ERP and MS Office skills.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degrees in business, industrial engineering, logistics or supply chain management.
• APICS CPSP/CSCP, CPSM certifications are highly desirable.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office and SAP ERP; sourcing and procurement leadership skills.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate end-to-end procurement activities including sourcing, vendor management, and contract negotiation.
• Monitor and analyze procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align procurement with organizational goals and strategic initiatives.
• Manage supplier relationships to ensure timely delivery, quality standards and contractual compliance.
• Conduct supplier evaluations, performance reviews and audits to drive continuous improvement.
• Develop and enforce procurement policies and best practices in line with regulatory requirements.
• Support process improvements and adoption of digital tools to enhance procurement decisions.

Job Description

Responsibilities: Coordinate end-to-end procurement activities, including sourcing, vendor management, and contract negotiation, ensuring efficiency and compliance. Monitor, analyze, and report on procurement data to identify opportunities for cost savings, process improvements, and operational efficiency. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align procurement activities with organizational goals, priorities, and strategic initiatives. Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery, quality standards, and adherence to contractual obligations. Conduct supplier evaluations, performance reviews, and audits to drive continuous improvement and maintain high service standards. Develop, update, and enforce procurement policies, procedures, and best practices in compliance with regulatory requirements. Support process improvement initiatives and adoption of digital or analytical tools to enhance procurement effectiveness and decision‑making.
