Job summary

Genpact in Hyderabad is hiring an Associate - S&P - Procurement Ops to manage day-to-day transactional procurement, vendor liaison, and PO/invoice resolution. You will work with business stakeholders and suppliers to ensure timely, compliant processing and support improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, engineering, or logistics.
• Experience in procurement processes and vendor management preferred.
• Familiarity with SOPs, P2P processes, and supplier communications.

Responsibilities

• Execute day to day transactional procurement processes (vendor management, RFQ, PO fulfillment, invoices and payments).
• Act as contact for stakeholders and vendors to resolve basic PO and invoice issues.
• Investigate and resolve supplier deficiencies and support process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with SLAs and client SOPs.

Job Description

• Execute day to day transactional procurement processes (vendor management, competitive bidding/ request for quotation, PO fulfillment - requisition/PO creation, delivery/order confirmation, query management, AP issue resolution, PIR creation and maintenance, support sourcing activities and requests, contract maintenance and catalog management, translation of business communications to local language)
• Contact person for business stakeholders, vendors, internal operational teams in terms of resolving any basic issues with purchase orders, requisitions, invoices and payments
• Investigate and resolve deficiencies with suppliers or internal parties
• Support process improvements, new tool or scope implementation/standardization
• Meet or exceed all SLAs with the outmost integrity and in compliance to SOPs and clients policies.

Perform procurement related tasks as per the Standard Operating Procedure documents approved by Client
