Job summary

ACS International India Pvt. Ltd. (ACSII) invites fresh graduates to join the Technology team as Associate Quality Analysts. The role focuses on defect reporting, test case design, and collaboration with engineers to design, develop, and test software applications.

You will learn new technologies, work through the SDLC/STLC phases, participate in code reviews, and assist in maintaining existing software while troubleshooting issues. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Candidate should have solid basics in software testing, with a focus on quality and accuracy.
• Experience with writing and executing test cases and defect reporting is required.
• Understanding of SDLC and STLC processes and how to apply them in projects.

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior engineers to design, develop, and test software applications.
• Continuously learn new technologies, tools, and methodologies to enhance your skills and contribute to the team.
• Gain proficiency in developing structured programs.
• Understand the technical platform/module for the assigned assignment, including standards and user interfaces. Gain a broad-level understanding of the module/system to which you are assigned.
• Get trained in various phases of software development life cycles and scale up to the expectations of the project team in varied roles.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with team members, manager to ensure alignment and understanding of project requirements.
• Adapt to changing project requirements, timelines, and priorities with a positive attitude.
• Take on challenges and work towards finding innovative solutions to technical problems.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure proper documentation of code and processes.
