This role exists to build foundational QA skills while assisting with manual test execution, defect documentation, and basic test case maintenance under the guidance of IT Quality Engineers and the QA Lead. Working within an Agile team, the Associate QA Analyst contributes to release stability by learning test management practices using Jira and X-ray and supporting documentation in Confluence.
