Job summary

Tata Communications is seeking an operations professional responsible for installation support and network service configuration. The role focuses on delivering results aligned with project requirements, meeting SLAs and ensuring seamless service activations for enterprise customers.

You will handle provisioning, change management, testing, and escalation to support customer delivery across MSP and Legacy Core MPLS networks. Strong telecom knowledge and stakeholder communication are essential.

Responsibilities

• Ensure configuration task completion for Enterprise/Wholesale customers with clean deployments within the SLAs.

• Standard testing and troubleshooting of installs/activation post Provisioning.
• Validate wiring connections & schedule dispatches with field operations.
• Regularly participates in projects as a full contributing team member.
• Ensure installation functions meet SLA/KPI targets.
• Perform escalation management when projects are at risk.
• Deliver orders for Enterprise customers and support service activations over MSP and MPLS networks.
• Enable customers to do business in a connected world.
• Resolve queries in Service Delivery and Supplier Management to improve customer experience.

Job Summary Responsible for all operations & trouble shooting with respect to installation support, network service configuration. This is an operational role which is responsible for delivering results that have direct impact on the achievement of results for projects undertaken as per business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Ensure configuration task completion for Enterprise/Wholesale customers with clean deployments within the SLAs.

• Responsible for creating consistent experience for stakeholders and enabling better customer experience by ownership of responding and resolving to the queries into Service Delivery and Supplier Management.

Requirements

• Minimum qualification & experience: Relevant experience in network infrastructure project management and on field experience
