Job summary

NetScore is seeking an Associate Project Manager to oversee the development and deployment of SaaS and offline applications for Retail and Wholesale Distribution SMBs. You will define scope, track progress, manage risks, and ensure on-time delivery while coordinating with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Ideal candidates have ERP/eCommerce experience (NetSuite, Salesforce, Dynamics), strong communication, and a background in IT project management and software development.

Qualifications

• Experience managing ERP & eCommerce deployments for SMBs.
• Proven track record with US offshore clients preferred.
• Knowledge of DevOps, Agile, Lean in SaaS deployments.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• IT project management and software development experience.
• In-depth knowledge of ERP, CRM and supply chain processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance or IT or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of ERP product/services experience with retail/wholesale.

• Demonstrate strong knowledge of financial accounting processes, Order to cash, Procure to Pay, Sales and Distribution.

Mandatory Qualifications

• Experience with ERP & eCommerce applications (NetSuite, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.) .
• Previous experience working with SMBs in retail, wholesale distribution, and general business .
• Knowledge of DevOps, Agile, Lean Technologies, and SaaS deployments .
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills .
• Proven project management experience, including handling escalations .
• IT project management and software development experience .
• In-depth knowledge of ERP, CRM, and supply chain processes .
• A bachelor’s degree in finance, information technology, or related field .
• At least three years of experience managing US customers from offshore .
• Must be ready to work in US EST time zone .
• Candidates local to Hyderabad preferred .
• Minimum 2 years of experience in ERP product or services projects, or with clients in the retail or wholesale distribution sector is preferable .
