Job summary

Acuity Analytics in Gurgaon (Hybrid) is seeking an Associate to manage end-to-end primary research projects, including surveys, CATI, IDIs, and FGDs, coordinating with clients and vendors. This role focuses on delivering high-quality insights through rigorous data collection and analysis.

The ideal candidate has 5–10 years of experience in market research, strong communication, stakeholder management, and proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint. Immediate joiners preferred.

Position Description:

Manage end-to-end primary research projects including online surveys, CATI, in-depth interviews, and focus group discussions while coordinating directly with clients and vendors to ensure successful project delivery.

Primary Responsibilities

• Client communication and project requirement understanding.
• Project launch with accurate quotas and target audience.
• Vendor management, vendor onboarding, bidding, and database development.
• RFQ and SOW creation.
• CATI call recording validation.
• Track fieldwork progress across multiple live projects.
• Stakeholder management across clients, vendors, scripting, and data processing teams.
• Data analysis and research findings reporting.
• Presentation of findings to management and leadership.

Additional Responsibilities

• Process optimization initiatives.
• Weekend and extended-hour support as required.
