Responsibilities

• Work at the intersection of Product, Content, Operations, AI, and Central Execution, driving high-impact initiatives from ideation to execution.
• Identify high-value opportunities across products, processes, workflows, and internal operations where AI and agentic systems can create measurable business impact.
• Partner with stakeholders across teams to translate business objectives into structured execution plans, milestones, and outcomes.
• Contribute to the design and implementation of AI-native workflows and scalable execution frameworks.
• Drive cross-functional projects by managing priorities, dependencies, risks, and alignment.
• Own AI tools, non-payroll budgets, PRs, procurement lifecycle, and timely closure of requirements.
• Monitor AI tool adoption, costs, and impact; optimize resource utilization.
• Build dashboards and reporting to track progress, adoption, costs, and impact.

• Own the management of AI tools, non-payroll budgets, and related procurement processes, including budget planning and tracking, raising and managing Purchase Requisitions (PRs), coordinating with stakeholders through the procurement lifecycle, and ensuring timely closure of requirements.
• Monitor AI tool adoption, utilization, costs, and business impact across teams, assess cost-effectiveness, and drive recommendations to optimize resource utilization and expenditure.
• Build and maintain dashboards, reporting mechanisms, and operational intelligence systems to track initiative progress, adoption, costs, and business impact, enabling data-driven decision-making.
• Identify process inefficiencies, recommend improvements, gather stakeholder feedback, and continuously refine and scale solutions and best practices across teams and functions.
