Job summary

F9 Construction Service is seeking a Civil/Construction Project Coordinator to manage end-to-end project lifecycle from post-bid to closeout. You will review plans and contracts, coordinate with US field teams, estimators, vendors, and subcontractors, and maintain logs for RFIs, submittals, changes, and billing.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management and 3–8 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in MS Office and Sage/Raken is an advantage.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field is required.
  • 3 to 8 years of construction project coordination/management experience.
  • Strong knowledge of RFIs, submittals, change orders, budgeting, billing, and project documentation.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; experience with Sage, Raken, or other construction management software is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with US construction projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end project lifecycle from post-bid setup to closeout, ensuring alignment with project scope and budget.
  • Review plans, specifications, and contracts to identify scope, risks, and execution requirements.
  • Coordinate with US field teams, estimators, vendors, and subcontractors for smooth project execution.
  • Prepare and maintain key logs (RFI, submittals, change orders, billing, and schedules).
  • Handle submittals, RFIs, and change orders with city/owner and track approvals.
  • Support budgeting, cost tracking, and financial control using tools like Sage and Raken.
  • Monitor daily project progress, manpower, materials, and site updates through reporting systems.
  • Prepare monthly billing (Pay Applications) and ensure accurate Schedule of Values tracking.
  • Coordinate procurement, vendor quotes, and subcontractor documentation.
  • Ensure timely project closeout, documentation, and final cost reconciliation.
