Cvent seeks Associate Project Consultants for its Client Services Department in India. Ideal candidates have 2–5 years of experience across Event Management, Web Surveys and Supplier Network, and will be the primary contact for clients via phone or email.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with strong academic credentials.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• 2–5 years of experience in a BPO or call center supporting US, UK or Australia clients.
• Experience in blended processes with custom tasks & projects - travel & hotel background preferable.
• Ready to work night / late night shifts.
• Ability to multi-task, stay organized and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate detailed product knowledge when assisting clients over the phone and email by answering their product questions and offering technical assistance
• Gather client requirements for future releases of the product
• Create and maintain all product documentation
• Document all communication with the client in Cvent's CRM software
• Strive to meet weekly activity metrics as well as quarterly performance assessments

We have multiple Associate Project Consultant positions for graduates with 2-5 years of work experience in our Client Services Department across all three product areas: Event Management, Web Surveys and Supplier Network. As our clients' primary point of contact, you will spend approximately 90% of your day assisting clients over the phone or via email. There are a few other daily activities and special projects that you will be required to perform in addition to providing the best customer care possible.

Position Duties:
