Job summary

Koita Foundation seeks a Digital Health Program Manager to lead strategic initiatives in collaboration with academia, hospitals and NGOs. You will build partnerships with IIT Bombay, Tata Memorial Centre, National Cancer Grid and government bodies to drive nationwide digital health adoption.

The role involves planning, executing, and monitoring multiple projects, developing long-term strategies, and coordinating large-scale rollouts such as ABDM and NABHs programs.

Qualifications

  • Experience in healthcare/digital health environments is preferred and demonstrated in past projects.
  • Experience crafting reports, presentations and stakeholder communications.
  • Chronic disease management project experience is preferred.
  • Not-for-profit development sector interest and motivation.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage strategic Digital Health initiatives in collaboration with academic institutions, hospitals, and NGOs.
  • Build and maintain relationships with partners such as IIT Bombay, Tata Memorial Centre, National Cancer Grid, RSSDI, and government agencies like the National Health Authorities.
  • Plan, execute, and monitor multiple Digital Health projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Drive the development and implementation of long-term strategies for Digital Health adoption in India.
  • Coordinate large-scale initiatives, such as supporting the national roll‑out of ABDM and NABHs Digital Health programs.
  • Collaborate with academic and healthcare partners to develop the outline of cutting‑edge Digital Health solutions, including oncology, diabetology, and other specialized areas.
  • Establish metrics to assess the impact and effectiveness of Digital Health programs.
  • Prepare detailed progress reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

Preferred candidate profile
  • A professional with a minimum of 1‑4 years of experience in area of healthcare/ digital health.
  • Motivated to work in the development sector with a not-for-profit organization.
  • Experience working on chronic disease management projects is preferred.
  • Master's degree in public health, hospital administration, healthcare management, business administration, or a related field preferred.
Skills and Attributes
  • Demonstrated experience in project management or related roles, preferably in healthcare, Digital Health tools and technologies, or healthcare-focused nonprofit organizations.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Experience in crafting detailed reports, presentations, and stakeholder communication.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Preferred - Familiarity with technologies relevant to digital health, such as HIS/EMR solutions, telemedicine, etc.
