The candidate will coordinate design execution, BOQs, and client interactions, leveraging AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, SketchUp and advanced rendering tools to deliver immersive environments and education-ready

Qualifications

• At least 7-10 years of experience in interior design practice across residential, commercial, hospitality, retail or workplace design.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp and advanced rendering tools; strong BIM understanding.
• Excellent collaboration with architects, vendors, studios and material manufacturers.
• Experience in design execution, site coordination, BOQs and client interaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead spatial design projects from concept through construction detailing.
• Develop interior detailing, wall panel systems and material selections.
• Create and manage construction drawings and documentation.

Applied knowledge of emerging materials and sustainable technologies Proven collaboration with architects, vendors, design studios, and material manufacturers Exposure to design execution, site coordination, BOQs, and client interaction skills. Software knowledge: Drafting & BIM: AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino 3D Modeling & Visualization: SketchUp, Twin motion, Lumion, V-Ray, Enscape Parametric & Innovation Tools (desirable): Grasshopper, Blender Document Management: MS Excel, PowerPoint, and academic documentation tools.
