Responsibilities

• Lead daily operational activities on the assigned line or area, performing hands-on work with partners.
• Coordinate workflow, priorities, and task execution to sustain continuous operations.
• Support finished goods movement and distribution to ensure timely execution.
• Maintain accurate finished goods and distribution records; research shortages or discrepancies.
• Use distribution and shipping systems to identify or escalate issues; schedule outbound loads.
• Act as a point of contact for system questions and process issues; coordinate with centers.
• Perform PCP/CCP checks and follow food safety, quality, and customer reaction plans.
• Record production and distribution data and support reporting requirements.
• Participate in improvement initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness.
