The role focuses on strengthening internal controls, driving continuous improvement, and managing revenue analysis, customer financials, and costing activities to support business decision-making.**What you’ll do:*** Prepare and analyze monthly sales and revenue reports; support statutory and corporate audits* Manage customer costing, transfer pricing, and revenue tracking; handle debit/credit notes* Develop and maintain loss dashboards and perform variance analysis* Update BOMs/recipes, create new product codes, and support product costing in ERP systems* Conduct periodic inventory verification**What you need to succeed:*** CMA (Certified Management Accountant) with 5+ years of experience in the dairy industry* Strong financial acumen with proven experience in financial analysis and costing* High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality* Ability to independently manage stakeholder coordination* Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges* Working knowledge of ERP systems (Oracle preferred), Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint* For internal candidates: Minimum of 2 years of experience in the current role* Flexibility to travel up to 25%### About UsSchreiber Foods strives to do good through food every day.
