Job summary

Role Overview

We are looking for a hands‑on technical leader with strong experience in building B2B SaaS products and AI‑enabled platforms.

This is not a pure management role. The ideal candidate should be capable of:

• Designing scalable architectures
• Writing production‑grade code
• Leading engineering teams
• Converting business requirements into product roadmaps
• Building AI‑first enterprise solutions

You will work closely with founders, clients, product stakeholders, and the engineering team to build next‑generation AI products and platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Product & Engineering Leadership

• Lead end‑to‑end product development lifecycle
• Define scalable system architecture and engineering standards
• Translate business requirements into technical execution plans
• Drive rapid MVP development and iterative product releases
• Build reusable product frameworks and accelerators

Hands‑On Technical Ownership

• Contribute directly to backend/frontend development when needed
• Review code, architecture, APIs, and deployment pipelines
• Design scalable multi‑tenant SaaS systems
• Ensure security, scalability, reliability, and performance

AI & Data Solutions

• Build and scale AI‑powered applications using LLMs and RAG architectures
• Design intelligent document ingestion, search, and chatbot systems
• Work on AI orchestration, prompt workflows, embeddings, and vector databases
• Integrate AI models and APIs into enterprise workflows

Team Building & Collaboration

• Mentor and grow engineering teams
• Hire and structure future product engineering teams
• Collaborate with product, analytics, and business stakeholders
• Work directly with enterprise clients when required

Requirements

Technical Skills

Strong experience in:

• Full‑stack development
• React / Next.js
• Python and/or Node.js
• REST APIs and microservices
• SQL & NoSQL databases
• Cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP)
• Docker and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with AI/LLM ecosystem:
• OpenAI APIs or equivalent LLM platforms
• RAG architectures
• Vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, etc.)
• LangChain / LlamaIndex / AI orchestration frameworks
• AI‑enabled enterprise applications

Good understanding of:

• Multi‑tenant SaaS architecture
• Authentication & RBAC systems
• Enterprise‑grade deployments
• Scalable backend systems
• Observability and monitoring

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building products from 0 to 1
• Startup or product company background
• Experience in B2B SaaS products
• Prior exposure to healthcare/pharma analytics is a plus
• Strong product thinking and execution mindset
• Ability to work in fast‑moving environments with high ownership
