Job summary

Wipro Limited in Chennai invites an experienced Associate Product Manager to shape an AI-powered Wealth & Investment Management Platform. You will define product vision, roadmap, UX and go-to-market strategies for institutional clients, advisers and high-net-worth portfolios.

The role requires 7–10 years in product management, wealth or investment management, and a strong grasp of onboarding, portfolio management, trading and AI-enabled experiences.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in product management/ownership, wealth or investment management, private banking, advisory or related technology.
• Strong knowledge of onboarding, planning, advisory, portfolio management, trading, performance, reporting and servicing.
• Experience with wealth/portfolio platforms, investment advisory, trading, CRM or digital wealth solutions.
• Understanding of AI/ML, GenAI, Agentic AI
• Experience defining roadmaps, journeys, releases, business cases and GTM.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline; MBA, CFA, CFP, CAIA or equivalent certification desirable.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, positioning and roadmap along with the Product Manager; track client expectations, regulations, competitors, WealthTech and AI trends.
• Define onboarding, client 360, goals, risk profiling, suitability, advice, adviser workbench and digital servicing.
• Cover asset allocation, model portfolios, construction/rebalancing, corporate actions, orders, execution, accounting, risk, attribution and reporting.
• Evolve wealth servicing toward personalized, AI-assisted operations.
• Define integration with Core Banking, CRM, portfolio/OMS, brokers, custodians, market data, KYC/AML and accounting platforms.

Associate Product Manager – AI-Powered Wealth & Investment Management Platform

About the Role

We are looking for as Associate Product Manager to help build and scale an AI-powered Wealth & Investment Management Platform for wealth institutions and advisers. The role will shape product vision, roadmap, UX and go-to-market, translating complex client, advisory and portfolio-management processes into configurable, scalable capabilities. The role combines wealth expertise, product thinking and commercial acumen with AI-led innovation.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Roadmap

• Define product vision, positioning and roadmap along with the Product Manager; track client expectations, regulations, competitors, WealthTech and AI trends.
• Define differentiated propositions across mass affluent, affluent, HNW and UHNW customer segments and institutional investment clients
• Prioritize capabilities and measure client engagement, adviser productivity, efficiency, adoption and growth.

Domain & Product Capabilities

• Understand workflows across banks, wealth/asset managers, family offices, advisers, brokers and custodians.
• Define onboarding, client 360, goals, risk profiling, suitability, advice, adviser workbench and digital servicing.
• Cover asset allocation, model portfolios, construction/rebalancing, corporate actions, orders, execution, accounting, risk, attribution and reporting.

AI, UX & Innovation

• Evolve wealth servicing toward personalized, AI-assisted operations.
• Define Agentic AI workflows across research, portfolio analysis, investment monitoring, client servicing and operations.
• Translate problems into personas, journeys, requirements, features and measurable outcomes.
• Design intuitive experiences for clients, advisers, portfolio managers and operations teams.
• Embed human oversight, explainability, traceability, privacy and responsible-AI controls.

Platform & Go-to-Market

• Define integration with Core Banking, CRM, portfolio/OMS, brokers, custodians, market data, KYC/AML and accounting platforms.
• Shape APIs, events, security, consent, auditability, scalability and resilience.
• Define positioning and value propositions; support client pitches, demonstrations, RFPs and strategic opportunities.

Preferred Credentials

• 7–10 years of experience in product management/ownership, wealth or investment management, private banking, advisory or related technology.
• Strong knowledge of onboarding, planning, advisory, portfolio management, trading, performance, reporting and servicing.
• Experience with wealth/portfolio platforms, investment advisory, trading, CRM or digital wealth solutions.
