Job summary

Baker Tilly International seeks an Associate Product Manager in Bengaluru to oversee platform operations and analytics tooling. You will administer Alteryx Server and KNIME, ensure smooth scheduling and production support, manage access control, and coordinate changes with cross-functional teams.

The role requires a strong foundation in platform operations, scripting, and enterprise IT, with experience in Azure DevOps/Jira/Confluence and SSO/RBAC.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in platform operations, systems administration, or related roles.
• Hands-on experience with Alteryx Server and/or KNIME Server/Business Hub.
• Understanding of Alteryx/KNIME workflows, scheduling, licensing, and enterprise deployment.
• Experience troubleshooting enterprise platforms using logs, telemetry, and configuration analysis.
• Knowledge of identity/access concepts including SSO, RBAC, Entra ID/Azure AD, REST APIs, HTTP, and JSON.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow or similar tools.
• Strong analytical and documentation skills; exposure to SQL, Python, PowerShell, and cloud tech preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Alteryx Server and KNIME Server/Business Hub, including setup, configuration, upgrades, patches, licensing, and maintenance.
• Manage daily platform operations: workflow deployment, scheduling, execution, runtime monitoring, and production support.
• Manage queues, connections, credentials, user access, and platform configurations across Alteryx and KNIME.
• Monitor platform health, availability, performance, capacity, usage, licensing, and workflow activity.
• Identify operational risks and coordinate corrective actions with Systems Engineering and Infrastructure teams.
• Troubleshoot Tier 2 platform/workflow-runtime issues using logs and testing.
• Manage platform security/access: SSO, RBAC, security groups, user provisioning, access reviews, and service accounts.
• Coordinate platform changes/releases: testing, UAT, CAB/ECAB, deployment, and post-release validation.
• Support SOPs, runbooks, knowledge articles, and support procedures; assist other enterprise tech platforms as needed.
