Drive requirements analysis, build long‑term product backlogs, determine the scope of each release, develop user stories, and partner with EMs to oversee the end‑to‑end execution process (ideation – design – development – quality assurance – launch).
Define and track product success metrics, and drive adoption. Incorporate client feedback into the development life‑cycle.
Identify risk parameters (including technical risks), maintain actionable risk registers, and drive the mitigation efforts. Regularly communicate the risk management status with different stakeholders.
Estimate and track the build and running costs of the product, and provide these inputs to product leadership, finance & sales functions.
Collaborate closely with UX designers to ensure best‑in‑class user experience, thereby improving engagement and adoption.
Requirements
At least 6 years of enterprise product management, preferably in Supply chain, ERP or HCM products.

Process‑oriented with an eye for details, and a keen focus on user experience, design and usability.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, and under minimal supervision.
Strong interpersonal & communication skills. Experience in working with multiple stakeholders with conflicting priorities.
Benefits
An opportunity to develop some of the best enterprise SaaS products to be built out of India.
Opportunities to quench your thirst for problem‑solving, experimenting, learning, and implementing innovative solutions.
A flat, collegial work environment, with a work hard, play hard attitude.
A platform for rapid growth if you are willing to try new things without fear of failure.
Remuneration with best‑in‑class industry standards with generous health insurance cover.
