Uniify is building the "Human OS" for the global workforce. We are looking for an Associate Product Fellow who possesses a rare blend of technical depth, design empathy, and high agency. This is not a traditional internship; you will be the primary bridge between our CPO’s vision and our engineering/design execution.
As an Associate Product Fellow, you will be the first point of contact for technical feature questions, responsible for translating high-level roadmap items into bulletproof Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) and ensuring our designs are "future-ready" for a global scale.
Key Responsibilities
- PRD Ownership: Take 2-3 high-level roadmap items per month and build detailed, logic-driven PRDs that account for edge cases and technical constraints.
- The Technical Bridge: Work daily with the engineering team to clarify requirements and unblock development. You must be able to "speak dev" to understand architecture trade-offs.
- Design Partnership: Collaborate with the design team to ensure UX flows are intuitive, follow the Uniify tone, and are scalable across different international markets.
- Prioritization & Data: Use SQL and product analytics to justify feature prioritization and measure the success of launched features.
- Testing & Launch: Own the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process to ensure every feature is bug‑free and meets the high standards of the Uniify brand before going live.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Technical Foundation: A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. You should understand how APIs, databases (SQL/NoSQL), and frontend frameworks interact.
- Product Instinct: You have a "critical eye" for UX. You don't just use products; you deconstruct them to understand why they work (or why they fail).
- Verbal & Written Clarity: You can explain a complex technical bottleneck to a non‑technical stakeholder without using jargon.
- High Agency: You are a self‑starter who proactively identifies product friction and proposes documented solutions.
- Tools: Familiarity with Figma, Jira/Trello, and SQL is a significant plus.
Fellowship Details
- Duration: 3 Months (Full‑Time).
- Stipend: INR 10,000 / month + Performance‑based completion bonus.
- The Path: This is a "Founder‑track" fellowship. Exceptional performance will lead directly to a permanent Full‑Time Product Manager role.
