Roundglass Creative Studio is seeking an Associate with a strong background in documentary research and production. The role supports development, fieldwork, and post-production, coordinating with internal teams, contributors, and external crews to ensure accurate storytelling.
Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in documentary or non-fiction filmmaking, travel willingness to Punjab, and exceptional communication across departments.
Roundglass is a wholistic wellbeing company working to empower healthier lives, stronger communities, and a more sustainable world. That w in wholistic is intentional: We believe true wellbeing spans the whole human experience, from how we care for ourselves to our connections with others and the planet.
Roundglass creates real-world impact through diverse, interconnected initiatives. Roundglass Foundation drives our development work in communities and ecosystems across India, while the Roundglass Living app delivers personalized, science-backed wellbeing guidance to individuals around the world.
We're driven by a mission to make wellbeing accessible and actionable for everyone, everywhere. That mission shapes how we work and show up for each other. If you're committed to creating meaningful impact and want to help build a culture that reflects it, we'd love to meet you.
From empowering rural villages to nurturing world-class athletes and documenting biodiversity, Roundglass Foundation has been transforming communities and ecosystems across India since 2018. Through Roundglass Punjab, Roundglass Sports, and Roundglass Sustain, we drive long-term, systemic change in close collaboration with local communities and administrations, reaching to date. Everything we do reflects a single belief: Meaningful progress happens when leadership, opportunity, and community wellbeing grow together.
Roundglass Creative Studio is looking for a detail-oriented Associate with a strong interest in non-fiction storytelling, a grounding in documentary research and production processes, and the ability to work confidently in fast-paced, real-world environments.
The ideal candidate will work closely with the Creative Lead and support the development and production of films across the Studio. The role involves coordinating with internal teams, programme teams, community members, contributors, and external production crews through every stage of the filmmaking process from story discovery, research and validation to pre-production, field shoots, post-production, and final delivery.
We are looking for someone who understands that a strong documentary film begins long before the camera starts rolling. It requires curiosity, thorough research, careful validation, an understanding of context, and detailed preparation. It means finding the layers within a story - understanding not only what happened, but why it matters, whose perspective needs to be represented, and what will make the story meaningful to an audience.
The role requires someone who is comfortable going across Punjab, comfortable meeting people and communities, listening closely, and asking the right questions. The candidate should be able to observe and identify the impact of different programmes and help translate that into strong, research-backed pre-production material.
The Associate will help ensure that research, contributors, production requirements, references, footage, feedback, and post-production workflows are organized and followed through carefully.
