## Associate – ProcurementApplylocations: Pune, Indiatime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Yesterdayjob requisition id: R588# **Job Description****Key Responsibilities:*** Create and process Purchase Requisitions (PRs) in the system on behalf of requesters* Manage PR/PO creation for global locations (US, Philippines, UK, and Australia)* Handle the procurement mailbox, addressing queries from both business stakeholders and vendors* Process PO amendments as per business requirements with proper documentation and approvals* Validate pricing documents/quotations before PR creation* Coordinate with the contract team for contract creation, wherever applicable* Ensure timely approval and processing of Purchase Orders (POs)* Support vendor management activities, including onboarding, communication, and follow-ups* Ensure correct GL coding and cost center allocation for all procurement transactions* Track the PR to PO lifecycle and ensure timely closure* Maintain accurate documentation and records for all procurement activities* Assist in reviewing and maintaining contracts and agreements* Ensure compliance with procurement policies and internal controls* Coordinate with internal stakeholders for requirement clarification, issue resolution, and status updates* Prepare MIS reports and procurement trackers as required**Required Skills & Knowledge:*** Good understanding of procurement processes (PR to PO cycle)* Must have 2-3 years of relevant experience in procurement process* Knowledge of GL coding, cost centers, and basic finance concepts* Experience in vendor management and query handling* Basic understanding of contracts and commercial terms* Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems (SAP preferred)* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills* Effective communication and stakeholder management skills# **About Us**Momentive Software amplifies the impact of over 20,000 purpose-driven organizations in over 30 countries, with over $11 billion raised and 55 million members served to date.
