Job summary

eClerx in India is seeking an Audit and Cost Management professional to lead ESG, SA8000, and ISO audits, monitor budgets, and prepare MIS reports. The role requires strong analytical ability, stakeholder management, and the capacity to work independently across multiple assignments.

You will coordinate with internal teams and external auditors, prepare budget analyses, cash flow projections, and ROI evaluations, and present findings with clear recommendations for corrective actions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Accounting, or related field.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in Audit, Compliance, Cost Management, and Financial Analysis.
• Hands-on experience in ESG, SA8000, and ISO Audits.
• Strong knowledge of Budgeting, Cost Control, MIS Reporting, Cash Flow, and ROI Analysis.
• Advanced MS Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Dashboards, Data Analysis).

Responsibilities

• Conduct and support ESG, SA8000, and ISO Certification Audits.
• Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, and company standards.
• Develop and monitor Cost Metrics and prepare Cost MIS Reports for various expenses.

• Prepare and analyze Budget vs. Actual Reports and recommend corrective actions.
• Perform Cost Projections, profitability analysis, and cost optimization initiatives.
• Monitor and prepare Project Cash Flow Statements.
• Evaluate project and business performance through ROI (Return on Investment) Analysis.
• Present audit findings, financial insights, and management reports to stakeholders.
• Maintain audit documentation and track closure of audit observations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query, MIS Reporting, Dashboards).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple audit assignments.
• Ensure audit findings are documented accurately and provide recommendations for corrective actions.

• Track compliance status and follow up on closure of audit observations.
