• Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead and mentor cross‑functional teams.
• Proven track record of successful SAP PP/DS implementations and client relationship management.
• Analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
• Effective communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage SAP PP/DS implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
• Configure and optimize SAP PP/DS solutions to meet specific business requirements.
• Provide functional expertise and guidance to the project team, ensuring a high level of quality and accuracy.
• Conduct gap analysis and identify areas for process improvement within the SAP PP/DS landscape.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including IT, manufacturing, and supply chain, to align SAP PP/DS solutions with business goals.
• Perform detailed production planning, finite scheduling, and capacity planning to optimize manufacturing execution.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to SAP PP/DS, ensuring smooth system performance.
• Document and maintain project‑related artifacts, including functional specifications and user manuals.
• Stay updated with the latest SAP PP/DS innovations and industry best practices, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Job Description

The Associate Principal - SAP will play a crucial role in our SAP Planning - Delivery department. This role requires a deep understanding of SAP Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling modules, as well as experience in capacity planning and finite scheduling.

• Understand and adhere to Information Security policies, guidelines and procedure, practice them for protection of organizational data and Information System.
• Take part in information security training and act while handling information.
• Report all suspected security and policy breach to InfoSec team or appropriate authority (CISO).
• Understand and adhere to the additional information security responsibilities as part of the assigned job role.
