Nagarro in Gurugram, India seeks an Associate Principal Engineer, Java Full Stack with AI focus to design and implement scalable enterprise apps across frontend, backend and data layers. You will stay hands-on, coding and delivering enterprise APIs, microservices and event-driven integrations.

You will lead system design, drive AWS/cloud-native solutions, and apply LLM/RAG/AI agents to SDLC and enterprise use cases, collaborating with global teams.

Qualifications

• Total Experience 9+ years.
• Strong hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices and REST APIs.
• Strong experience in Full Stack Engineering with modern frontend technologies such as React/Angular.
• Strong experience in System Design, Solution Architecture and enterprise application development.
• Strong experience with AWS cloud architecture and cloud-native applications.
• Experience with event-driven architecture, databases, APIs and distributed systems.
• Practical Python experience for cloud agents and enterprise integrations.
• Experience with LLM, RAG workflows, AI application frameworks and AI-enabled SDLC.
• Strong understanding of security, scalability, reliability, observability and compliance.
• Experience with CI/CD, DevOps and deployment automation.
• Financial Services or other regulated industry experience is preferred.
• Strong technical communication and experience working with global teams.
