Job summary

MassMutual India is seeking a platform engineering/SRE professional with 3–5 years in platform or SRE roles and at least 2 years on cloud infrastructure. You will work on cloud-native architectures, scale Kubernetes, and leverage managed cloud services across AWS, GCP, or Azure.

You will own multi-month platform initiatives, practice GitOps with Terraform or Pulumi and ArgoCD, and contribute to design docs and ADRs while aligning with enterprise compliance standards such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, or

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in platform/infrastructure/SRE with at least 2 years focused on cloud infrastructure or developer platforms.
• Kubernetes at scale in cloud-native architectures; familiarity with managed cloud services, networking, identity federation, and multi-tenant patterns across AWS, GCP or Azure.
• Proven ownership of complex, multi-month platform initiatives from design to production and risk management.
• IaC and GitOps fluency with Terraform or Pulumi; ArgoCD; standardising platform tooling and deployment patterns across teams.
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML infrastructure: model serving, inference pipelines, GPU management, or LLM integration patterns.
• Ability to contribute to design discussions, align on quality, and communicate architectural decisions clearly.
• Experience in enterprise environments with familiarity with SOC 2, ISO 27001, or GDPR compliance.
• Strong communication: contribute to ADRs and design docs; explain architecture to engineers and non-technical stakeholders.

• 3 to 5 years in platform, infrastructure, or SRE — with at least 2 years focused on cloud infrastructure or developer platforms.
• Familiar in cloud-native architecture: Kubernetes at scale, managed cloud services, networking, identity federation, and multi-tenancy patterns across AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Proven ownership of complex, multi-month platform initiatives — you’ve involved from whiteboard to production, managing ambiguity and risk throughout.
• Familiar with IaC and GitOps fluency — Terraform or Pulumi, ArgoCD — with experience standardising platform tooling and deployment patterns across engineering teams.
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML infrastructure: model serving, inference pipelines, GPU resource management, or LLM integration patterns.
• Ability to understand through technical credibility — in design discussions and alignment, and raising quality
• Experience in enterprise environments with familiarity with compliance frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, or GDPR.
• Strong communication — you contribute to the design docs, maintain useful ADRs, and should be able to explain architectural decisions to both engineers and non-technical stakeholders.
