For over 40 years, we’ve led the biotechnology industry, using human genetic data and advanced technologies to discover, develop, manufacture, and deliver innovative medicines that help millions of patients worldwide.**About the Role**As an **Associate, Patient Data Management**, you will be part of Amgen’s global **Patient Data Management** team, supporting the collection, processing, and management of patient-level data that enables insights into the patient journey.You will assist in maintaining the accuracy, quality, and compliance of Amgen’s patient data assets—such as data from Patient Support Programs (PSPs) and Specialty Pharmacies (SPs)—and help ensure smooth data operations that power analytics and reporting across Amgen’s commercial and patient access functions.This is a great opportunity for early-career professionals interested in **pharma data management**, **data operations**, and **data governance**, offering exposure to global teams, complex datasets, and cutting-edge data platforms.**Key Responsibilities****1. Support Patient Data Operations*** Assist in gathering and documenting requirements for onboarding new PSP and SP data sources* Support the setup, validation, and processing of incoming patient data feeds under supervision* Perform routine data quality checks, validation, and reconciliation to ensure completeness and accuracy of data* Help identify and escalate data anomalies or process issues to senior team members for resolution* Work with vendors and internal teams to track data delivery timelines and maintain issue logs* Maintain documentation for data processes, checks, and issue management**2. Ensure Compliance and Data Governance*** Follow Amgen’s privacy, security, and compliance guidelines for handling patient-level data* Support data access and approval workflows by maintaining logs and ensuring accurate recordkeeping* Assist in implementing data governance processes to ensure traceability and secure access to sensitive datasets* Contribute to internal reviews or audits by providing required data documentation**3.
