Job summary

Amgen in Hyderabad seeks a Senior Associate Data Scientist to develop and deploy advanced machine learning, operational research, semantic analysis, and statistical methods to uncover structure in large data sets and deliver analytics solutions across customer needs.

You will collaborate with global teams, advance AI tool roadmaps, and build intelligent dashboards and automated workflows that enhance decision making and efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Experience with R or Python and ML libraries.
  • Foundational understanding of US pharmaceutical ecosystem and Patient support services datasets (Copay and claims).
  • Strong foundation in ML algorithms and statistical techniques.
  • Experience with hypothesis testing, regression, clustering and classification.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deploy ML and analytical models to address business needs.
  • Upgrade and manage the proprietary AI engine for Copay and GTN initiatives.
  • Collaborate with global cross-functional teams on AI tool roadmaps.
  • Ensure models are trained with latest data and meet SLA expectations.
  • Build analytics dashboards and automated workflows leveraging AI capabilities.
