Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a STEM field with 1–3 years of related experience, or a Bachelor’s with 3–5 years of experience in information systems/analytical roles.
• Experience with Fingertip, Clarivate datasets is preferred.
• Strong analytics, data storytelling, and dashboarding capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy advanced machine learning, operational research, and statistical methods to uncover structure in large data sets.

This role involves creating analytics solutions to address customer needs and opportunities.## **What we expect of you**We are all different, yet we all use our unique contributions to serve patients.Roles & Responsibilities:* **Experience with Fingertip, Clarivate datasets.*** **Experience with Obesity GLP-1 Market.*** **Experience with solving unstructured problem statements.*** Provide in-depth, expertise-based oversight and delivery of managed markets analysis including product formulary position, utilization management controls, customer segmentation and control/sophistication assessment.* Produce and deliver regular performance dashboards based on complex data sources, including claims data, payer rebate data, DDD data and IDN affiliations data* **Understand pharmaceutical ecosystem and data sets including medical and pharmacy claims (ex. IQVIA LAAD, Symphony Claims), prescription (ex. IQVIA NPA), outlet (ex. IQVIA DDD)*** Prepare, continuously refine and present periodic reports tracking product and portfolio performance against business objectives.* Execute analytics plan to support payer insights from various payer datasets based on detailed understanding of related datasets i.e. Patient level claims data; Payer claims data; Formulary coverage; Specialty Pharmacy Data.* Perform advanced analytics including longitudinal patient level analysis, time series modeling, customer segmentation and diagnostics in support of business questions* Create data analytics models to generate strategic actionable business insights using SQL, Python and Microsoft Excel* Leverage AI in day to day workings for continuous automation across workstreams## **Basic Qualifications:*** Master’s degree and 1 to 3 years of computer science, statistics or STEM majors with a minimum of 1 year of Information Systems experience OR* Bachelor’s degree and 3 to 5 years of computer science, statistics or STEM majors with a minimum of 2 years of Information Systems experience**Preferred Qualifications:*** Basic knowledge of marketing analytics in the pharmaceutical industry* Foundational understanding of US pharmaceutical ecosystem and Patient support services offerings (Copay) and other standard data sets including claims, prescription* Strong expertise in any one of the visualization tools – Tableau or Power-BI* Experience in database languages (e.g. SQL)* Experience with one or more analytic software tools or languages like R and Python* Ability to think strategically to support key business decisions* Ability to work collaboratively in team-based environment across different functional groups* Demonstrated analytical skills—understands the strengths and limitations of different analytical approaches and their findings* Skill in handling multiple responsibilities, priorities, tasks and projects simultaneously* High degree of analytical and problem-solving skills* Exhibits strong understanding of business strategies## Soft Skills:* Initiative to explore alternate technology and approaches to solving problems.* Skilled in breaking down problems, documenting problem statements, and estimating efforts.* Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.* Strong verbal and written communication skills* Ability to work effectively with global, virtual teams* High degree of initiative and self-motivation.* Ability to manage multiple priorities successfully.* Team-oriented, with a focus on achieving team goals## **What you can expect of us**As we work to develop treatments that take care of others, we also work to care for your professional and personal growth and well-being.
