Qualifications

• Graduate (Preferred) or HSC with aptitude.
• Ability to read and understand written instructions in English.
• Conversant in Hindi and/or Marathi for verbal communication.
• Ability to accurately read long SKU numbers, product codes, and specifications.
• Disciplined, patient, and quality-focused.

Responsibilities

• Pack jewelry as per customer order specifications and approved packing guidelines.
• Verify items by SKU/Item Number, Product Image, Metal Weight, Karat, Diamond Carat, and Certifications.
• Ensure packing is completed exactly as per client requirements and SOPs.
• Maintain 100% adherence to packing SOPs and quality standards.
• Handle jewelry carefully to prevent scratches or damage.
• Report discrepancies before packing and maintain workstation cleanliness.

Role Purpose

The Associate – Packing is responsible for accurately packing jewelry orders as per customer specifications and approved packing SOPs. The role ensures that every product is verified against the order specifications, certifications, and quality requirements before dispatch, maintaining 100% accuracy in packing and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Pack jewelry as per customer order specifications and approved packing guidelines.
• Verify the correctness of each item by checking:
  • SKU/Item Number
  • Product Image
  • Metal Weight
  • Metal Karat
  • Diamond Carat
  • Product Certification and supporting documents
• Ensure packing is completed exactly as per individual client requirements.
• Maintain 100% adherence to packing SOPs and quality standards.
• Handle jewelry carefully to prevent scratches, damage, or mix-ups.
• Report any discrepancies in specifications, documentation, or product details before packing.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the packing workstation.
• Support inventory accuracy by ensuring correct product identification and traceability.

Education

• Graduate (Preferred)
• HSC may be considered with relevant aptitude and ability to perform the role.
